We provide IT services for small and medium size businesses located in Nashville and the surrounding cities, such as Hendersonville, Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, La Vergne, Smyrna, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin, Fairview, Ashland City, and Springfield. We were established in 2010 and provide computer support, network services, voice and communication services, information technology security and consulting services to organizations.

Position Information
Full Time, exempt position
$40,000 base salary
First Year OTE approx. $65,000
Second Year OTE approx. $85,000
Hours of Operations
Our hours of operation are from 8:30am to 5:30pm CST, Monday through Friday, except posted holidays.
Growth Position
This is a growth position. The goal is to prepare each employee to eventually manage a team as our needs become more complex. Individuals who show the capacity for leadership and management will be promoted in both title and compensation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take the lead in promoting and selling Prysm Corporation’s voice-related services, including VoIP systems, unified communications platforms, and voice infrastructure, to both new and existing clients.
- Identify and engage with potential clients who need advanced voice communication solutions within their IT infrastructure. Leverage industry knowledge and research to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Serve as an expert advisor for clients seeking voice services. Understand their business needs and recommend customized voice solutions that align with their broader IT strategies.
- Have a working knowledge of voice technology (e.g., VoIP, SIP trunking, and cloud-based voice services) to confidently present Prysm Corporation’s voice products and articulate their benefits.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve company revenue goals. Manage the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
- Partner with internal teams, including IT support, engineering, and project management, to ensure smooth delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by providing post-sale support and consultation for any voice or communication-related concerns.
- Use CRM tools to track client interactions, manage the sales pipeline, and report on progress and results to company leadership.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in IT and voice solutions will be considered.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales or account management, with a preference for experience in IT, managed services, or voice technology (VoIP, UC, etc.).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred
- Familiarity with voice technology and its role within managed IT services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing client relationships and sales activity.
This position is based out of our Nashville, TN office and requires work to be performed on a regular basis in the greater Nashville, TN metropolitan area. Candidates must live in the greater Nashville, TN area, or be willing to relocate to the area upon acceptance of the position. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
